Cardio Jam
Come get loose, as our energetic instructors keep you moving, sweating, and smiling in this full-body cardio workout. Each class is designed to keep your heart rate up and have you feeling like you just walked off the dance floor. No dance experience is necessary!

Barre-lates
Barre-lates is a combination of Barre and Pilates, with an energetic twist of weighted movements and bursts of cardio. This total body class, no matter your level, will help you tighten, tone and transform your body.

Pilates Burn
Pilates Burn is a Pilates-inspired workout that focuses on core strength, balance, and total-body sculpting through low-impact, mat-based exercises that will leave your muscles burning. For those who want to take it up a notch, we also offer a heated version of this class for an extra challenge and deeper sweat.

Power Flow Yoga
Power Yoga Flow is a dynamic, high-energy practice that blends strength, flexibility, and breath into a full-body workout with intentional sequencing and a faster pace. Whether you’re building strength or blowing off steam, this class will meet you where you are and push you further and for an even more invigorating experience, a heated version is also available.

T.N.T
In T-N-T you will train your body to work harder, faster, and longer in this high-intensity, dynamite bootcamp. We combine 75% cardio conditioning with 25% strength training, all aiming to burn calories and tone you up!

TRX
TRX Circuit Training is our 45min class which combines the use of TRX suspension training straps and total-body defining moves. No two workouts are the same, so feel free to come back for more!
This class is great for all fitness levels!

Strength Training
Strength Training provides functional workouts with advanced total body movements and body weight conditioning exercises. Each class is designed to help you reach your ideal strength with the use of barbells, dumbbells, and kettle bells, the workouts are never the same to keep your body always guessing!

Cycle
A 45 minute rhythm based cycling class, incorporating hand weights and plenty of resistance for a full-body workout! Our instructors combine endurance training, bigger bursts of power and timed high-intensity intervals. We move as one using dynamic choreography believing that we are strong alone but even stronger together. Clip in, get lost in the music, move with the pack, and leave feeling known.

Cycle + Pilates
This dynamic duo is the perfect combination of 25min of Cycle and 25min of Pilates Burn.
